We accept most file formats: AI, EPS, GIF, JPEG, PDF, PNG, SVG. If you don't have your logo in one of these formats, give us a call and our artwork experts will be able to help you out.

You can order a plain sample of any of the garments. Samples are purchased like any normal order through our website, but don't worry, you can return them for a full refund once you have checked that you are happy with the garment.

It's easy! Select the product, choose the colour, click 'personalise now', and it will let you add print or embroidery.

Most items can be embroidered or printed; however, some products will have restrictions. If embroidery or print is not available on a certain product, then the option will not be given.

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of personalised products unless we have made a mistake.

Simply go to 'my account' at the top of the website and raise a return request.
